The 2015-16 Forestview T-shirt and Sweatshirt order forms that you received at Open House are due nextTuesday, Sept. 15th. Please turn your order into the office in an envelope if you'd like to purchase a shirt, hat or sweatshirt for the year. The school store will have a few extras but this is the only time we will place an order. Go Warriors!
6th Grade Orchestra: 6th Grade Orchestra: If you are planning to play in Orchestra this year and you haven't yet visited Ms. Zander during 7th hour, you need to do so today. Class starts next week and you need to pick up your schedule.
6th Grade Choir: If you are planning to sing in Choir this year, visit Mrs. Swanson in the choir room one time this week. Please come during 7th hour today to pick up your schedule. Choir will start next week.
6th grade band students: . Today any trumpets and clarinets who did not start over the summer will meet from 2:08 -4 PM. Regular lessons begin next week for ALL 6th grade band students beginning with all percussion and Saxophones on Monday. Teams B/D meet from 2:08-2:33 and Teams A/C from 2:35-3:00. Schedules are available in your team area or see Mr. Carlson or Mrs. Moats.
Students - you have a new email address this year. Your old address ended with "@students.isd181.org. Your new address does not need the "students." It ends with "@isd181.org."Directions for transferring your old documents to your new account are found on the FMS homepage. The address is fms.isd181.org.
Anyone interested in Student Council this year, should pick up an application form from the office this week! Completed Forms will be due back to the office or to Ms Kennedy (room 2602) by Monday, September 14th by the end of the day.
Final student council selections will be made by Thursday, September 17th. All Students will be notified and schedules distributed on Friday, September 18th.

Staff, I would like to begin including photos on Fridays of some of our projects that we have funded for children in Nicaragua and Guatemala! Thank you again for supporting this wonderful cause. And remember.... the aluminum can trailer is empty and sitting in the parking lot just waiting for your aluminum cans. I will also be placing boxes in each team room for your convenience during the day. FMS.... the children of Central America are counting on you to "drink up"! :)
And yes..... even water comes in aluminum. :) Thanks again for all your support!
Shuttle Buses for after school sports and activities are located on the south side of the building. Please remember that you will need a shuttle bus pass in order to ride. You can pick up your shuttle bus pass in the Community Education Office before school or after school.
FALL WARRIOR POWER CONDITIONING-
-Will begin on Monday, September 14th. We will meet in the weight room @3:15 and introduce you to the weight room. The program will meet Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays from 3:15-4:30. If you are not involved in a Fall activity its a great way to get some exercise, have some fun, and meet new friends. If you have any questions come down to the gym and visit with Mr. Stengrim. All registration is done online through www.isd181.org and click on Community Education.
Students, it's not too late to sign up for Fall sports and activities. Get registered today on the ISD#181 website for football, volleyball, soccer, swimming, tennis, cross country or power conditioning. Talk to your friends and sign up together, be a Warrior!!
