The Brainerd Homecoming Run Saturday morning Oct. 8 has a discounted rate for students. Get a flyer from your PE teachers.  Get in a good run and stay for the parade and football game!


Homecoming is coming and we dare you and your friends to participate in Takedown Gym's Amazing Race on October 1. Gather a group to do this cross between an obstacle course and a relay race. Everyone will run, sweat, swim, slip, slide or trot. All will have fun! Check out the Homecoming page on www.isd181.org for more info and to sign up.


Students and Staff - Guarantee your place in the 2017 Forestview yearbook. Share your(self)ies, Sports selfies, Homecoming selfies, Classroom selfies (with a teacher's permission), etc. Checkout the Balfour Imageshare posters around the building with instruction on how to upload this free photo-sharing app. and start sharing your pictures today!


Next week is our Warrior Homecoming and we are going to celebrate school spirit by having a little fun.


TODAY - Pajama and crazy hair day

Tuesday - Jersey Day...Twin Day...Viking Day...Support your team...OR your twin!

Wednesday - Formal Day - Dress your best!  Remember to be school appropriate!                       

Thursday - Mismatch...Opposite...backwards...don't forget your crazy socks!!

Friday - Warrior Spirit Day!  Blue and White and HAT DAY, Too!  Bring $1 to wear

             your favorite Hat!  Proceeds will go to our Student Activities Fund!


Be sure you are RESPECTFUL of your class time, teachers and all other students during this week!  Your BEST Behavior is ALWAYS Expected!


Saturday is the Homecoming Parade and Warrior Football game!  Forestview will not participate in the parade this year, due to our float and band being unavailable. Go to the parade, watch the Warriors play football and enjoy the day with friends!!


"Forestview Student Activities will be selling light up Brainerd Warrior Homecoming bracelets, before school, in the Lobby.   Cost per bracelet is $5.  Supplies are limited so get yours early!

Don’t forget to check the lost and found! Today is the last day to check before it is cleared out from the tables at main entrance on Friday, September 30th. You have until 3:30pm today.


COMMUNITY ED:

Register for Babysitters’ Prep, Safety Skills and First Aid held at Washington Ed. Services Building on Oct 20 & 21, 9 am - 2 pm, cost is $45. To register or for more information, contact the Community Education office or visit the web store, isd181.org and use the Community Education tab

FMS SPORTS:


Student All Sport Passes are available for purchase for $10,either at the Community Education Office or at the game. If you are purchasing one at the Community Ed office, you must bring exact change.
