* Congratulations to Madison Holm (8B) - she won the 6-8th grade spelling bee yesterday here at Forestview.

Madison has qualified for the Lakes Bee that will take place in March, at Tornstrom Auditorium.  Along with Madison the following finished in the top 7, and also qualify for the Lakes Bee:

* All 6th, 7th, and 8th Grade Orchestra students report to the cafetorium at the beginning of 7th hour today for the Brainerd High School Orchestra's performance


* STUDENTS - A REMINDER that there is no school tomorrow ( this Friday the 22nd) - it is a teacher in-service day.


* Stage North Theatre Company is holding auditions for "A Mid Summer Night's Dream"  on Feb. 5th and 6th at the Franklin Arts Center Auditorium.  Please see flyer on the media center windows for more details


* No 7th grade after school math club with Mrs. Henke on Thursday this week (Jan 21).


* ‘More Than Pink’ after school program will be starting Feb. 3rd. Is open to all girls 5-8th grade and will meet Wednesdays after school!

* For 5th grade girls interested in volleyball, registration is open on the isd181 website.  Practice goes from 3:10-4:45 after school starting Monday, February 8th and goes through Friday, February 26th.
