6th GRADE BAND: Today we are offering extra help during 7th hour music time to any student who started late or we have asked to come down to see us. Tomorrow (Friday) all brass (trumpets, trombones, and baritones) have their lesson during 7th hour.


ART CLUB: registration has begun! Our first meeting will be Thursday, September 19th after school in room 1802. Register in the Community Ed Office. Club size is limited - so sign up today!


FORESTVIEW EQUESTRIAN (Horse) CLUB: will meet the last Thursday of Every Month from 3:15-4:00 p.m. in Mrs. Hopperstad's room 1717 (7th Grade Team A Area) All Forestview Students are welcomed and you don't have to be a horse owner to join; just a horse lover! Our First Meeting will be Thursday, September 26th; Pizza and Veggies will be served! If interested you can pick up information and a Parent Permission Slip in the Main Office.


STUDENT AMBASSADOR: 7th and 8th grade Ambassadors: Reminder to see Mrs. Hensel in the Counseling Office for your volunteer assignment this week. 7th and 8th grade Student Ambassadors: It is picture time!  We will be taking the 7th and 8th grade Ambassador group photo this Tuesday, Sept. 17th, 2nd hour.  Please meet in the front by the main office at the beginning of 2nd hour. Mr. Reed will take the picture outside.  


FMS ACTIVITIES:

GIRLS HOCKEY: Hey Girls - Have you always wanted to play hockey, but have been hesitant to give it a try? All girls are invited to the Civic Center this Sunday for a free “All girls hockey event”. Girls will skate from 4-5pm on the Gold Medal ice rink. There will be equipment and skates available, so come at 3 pm to get outfitted before your hour of ice begins. Little sisters who are at least age 6 are also welcome. This is a great opportunity to try hockey! If you have questions, please contact Mr. Pohlkamp.
