HEARTLAND SYMPHONY ORCHESTRA: Attention music lovers!  Ever heard of Romeo and Juliet?  The Heartland Symphony Orchestra has a concert this Sunday at 2:30.  Come hear your teachers Ms. Zander, Mrs. Moats, and Mrs. Hanske play some great music at Tornstrom Auditorium. Student will get in FREE and 5th graders' families can come for free!


MISS BRAINERD PAGEANT: The last informational meeting will be held this Thursday, April 10, at 3:30 at the South Campus Media Center for girls interested in being in the Miss Brained United States Pageant.


MORNING BUS PROCEDURES: All students who ride the bus: When you get off the bus in the morning, go directly into the school. Students riding a bus are not allowed in the playground areas before or after school.

COOKING CLUB: The Forestview after school Cooking Club meets Friday, April 11!


FMS SPORTS:

SPEECH: Wonderful job Brainerd Speech Team at the 8AA section meet on Monday.  Everyone did a fantastic job. Special recognition goes to Luke Norquist, semi finals in discussion, Andrew Pratt and Patrick Meyers, semi finals in extemporaneous speaking, Megan Franzen and Leah Rathe, semi finals in duo, and Taylor Krasus, semifinal in extemporaneous reading. Way to go. Remember our last meeting of the year is on Tuesday, the 15th, in the speech room.


GOLF: Middle School Golfers: Remember that golf begins on Monday. Bring a putter, middle iron and a wood to golf. If you don't have clubs yet, we can find some for you. We get on the shuttle right after school in the gravel lot by the football field and hockey rink area. Use the sidewalk please. Make sure you have your parents pick you up at the Legacy golf course by 5:00. If you have any questions, see Mr. Hodge in team 8B area.


JR. HIGH GOLF: The Jr. High Golf Shuttle buses will be located at the South Gravel Parking Lot by the football field starting next Monday. The shuttle will depart from Forestview at 3:10 to the Legacy Golf Course. You are responsible for your ride home after practice.
