BOOK FAIR: Hours 7:45am - 8:00pm on Thursday and 7:45am - 8:25am on Friday.

COATS 4 KIDS: The Builders Club is collecting coats (used or new) for the local Coats 4 Kids drive.  We are in need of coats and hats and mittens mostly for younger kids ages 3-7.  The drive ends on October 25th.  Send all coats to Mr. Hodge's room in 1807, team 8B.

CHESS: Chess players interested in a Fall Parkers Prairie tournament can pick up a flyer and registration form in the main office or in the community education office.  See Mr. Hanson in 7C with questions.

STUDENT AMBASSADORS: Student Ambassadors who are volunteering with Mrs. Hanske's math students. It begins this Thursday. Any questions see Mrs. Hensel's chart on her door.

EQUESTRIAN (HORSE) CLUB: The Forestview Equestrian (Horse) Club will meet this Thursday from 3:10-4.00 p.m. in Mrs.Hopperstad's room 1717. Trainer Toni Wasilensky from the Aspen Hills Equestrian Center, will be our featured guest speaker! A healthy snack will be served. You don't have to be a horse owner to attend; just a horse lover!

STUDENT COUNCIL: There is a meeting this Thursday, October 24, at 7:30 AM in team 7A.  Please let Mrs. Ebinger know if you cannot make it.

FUNDRAISER COUPON BOOKS: Reminder to students: there are tables at the North and South bus entrances and one at the Main Office entrance to turn in and/or request more coupon books.

ART CLUB: meets this Thursday, October 24 in room 1802.


WINTER SPORTS REGISTRATION: is still open.  Get signed up today for basketball, wrestling, nordic ski, swimming, or power conditioning.

DEBATE: Superb performance Brainerd debaters at this Tuesday night's invitational tournament.  In novice Lincoln Douglas debate, Camryn Schmidt took first place, Adam Kleist took 2nd, and Nick Bauer took 3rd. In Novice public forum, Luke Norquist and Lydia Halbach took 1st and Sarah Kleist and Sam Dirks took 2nd place with 4-0 records, and Ronan Pritschet and Isaac Esslinger came in 4th. In open public forum, Danny Stokes and Patrick Meyers went 4-0 to take first, Rachel Dallman and Amanda Bentley finished 3-1 to earn 2nd place and Kyle Hensel and Matt Greatens took 3rd place. Excellent work.
