- Note the start date of your activity/sport -- no reminders will be sent!
- Students in 7th grade and up are required to have a sports physical on file in our office PRIOR to registering. Physicals are valid for 3 years. Get yours in early! The system will NOT LET YOU REGISTER without a sports physical on file!
- Some sports have a limited number of spots available and fill up fast, so don't wait!
- We encourage all families to complete the Educational Benefits form (formerly Free and Reduced Lunch application), as our price structure for sports is based on your free/reduced status.
- First-time users of the new system will need to create an Edutrak account. You must your Student ID number and birth date of one of your children to link your account to all of the members of your family. You can obtain your student ID numbers from your Skyward Family Access Account. If you used the system last year, your login credentials will remain the same.
- Fee reductions are based on a family’s qualification for the Federal Free/Reduced meal program. After you apply and have been approved, the registration system knows your F/R status, and if appropriate, your fee will be reduced automatically when you check out. Families with extenuating financial circumstances can contact their respective activities office for assistance. If you would like to apply for the Free/Reduced meal program, please fill out the attached 2025-2026 Application for Educational Benefits.

- Go to the isd181.org website
- Hover over Activities and click on the drop-down FMS Activities Calendar
- Click on Notify Me under the calendar, and sign up to receive notifications.
- You can also click on View Schedules and choose which sport calendars you wish to see

- Go to the EduTrack Connect login page found here.
- Click on the red and white soccer ball.
- If your student has NEVER participated in a school-sponsored sport, you will need to “Begin Setup Process.” (This login is DIFFERENT than your Family Access or Food Service account login.)
- Enter information for YOU as Parent or Guardian, click “NEXT” ( Make sure you confirm your email address with the confirmation code emailed to you - do not skip this step or you may struggle with future registrations!!)
- You will NOT have a family key - so click on “No, I do not have a key”
- On the next screen, you will need to enter your student’s “OTHER ID #.” This number can be found in Family Access, under the student profile tab, below your student’s picture. You may also call the Community Ed office at 218-454-6924 for it.
- Enter your student’s birthdate and click “Link Family” (this will link all of your students to you)
- CONGRATULATIONS! Now, click on the soccer ball to enter the registration page.
- Choose which student you are going to register and click on “register.”
- You must complete all the paperwork and pay before a student may participate.
